• Randy Babichuk is an Indigenous artist, Status Indian, and Ucluelet Band member. Born and raised in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island he now resides in Victoria.

As a lifelong artist, his teenage years and early 20’s were spent mostly drawing comics. He is published in several magazines as well as self publishing his own ‘zine for over 30 issues.

Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s punk scene Randy played in several bands and provided artwork for several band’s album art.  Randy’s most recent artistic endeavours combine all of this into his stencil art paintings. Using hand cut stencils and spray paint he combines his Indigenous roots with Punk and Pop Art imagery to create something truly his own. He has been involved in several group art shows, had his own solo art shows, and is currently selling his paintings, prints, patches, stickers and other goods at select stores on Vancouver Island as well as the Aunty Collective, a space for Indigenous 2SLGBTQIA+ artists.
