"Although my work varies in multi mediums, the narrative is all connected. I take the frequencies of energy and construct it into Form. For me this is as close as I can get to reconfiguring an ancient philosophy my ancestors lived by.

We live in a world today that is much different from my ancestors, much has changed in regard to technological advances, and much has changed culturally and spiritually because of our distance to the natural environment. In my examination of spirit in connection to life and the natural laws, what I have learned from my ancestors is a freedom of living, where all time is equal to space and movement, therefore a sense of detachment from all material things remained stagnant while human connection in building communities, nourishment, and celebration moved in real time.

My hope is that my art can restore this imaginative aspect of life we live in, where we can learn again to dance and let go of the things that don’t serve our higher power, and lean into a life of freedom, where technology remains a tool for sharing, and the human spirit is felling a human experience. The colours in my work reflect on this energy, to uplift and bring a sense of renewal.

Everyday I feel I am growing as an artist, that my perception of life is open to the vast movements of nature and time, and all I want is for us as humans is to be and feel connected so we can do the work here on this planet that will help Mother Earth to heal."
